Customer Service Advisors
A vacancy has become available for 2 new Customer Service Agents. Duties and Responsibilities include: Aiming to achieve first call resolution of client queries, Investigating queries where necessary and providing timeous feedback to clients, Maintaining the high standards of the company by upholding the SLA standards, Escalating queries where necessary to ensure client satisfaction, Accurate logging of information onto CMS for reporting purposes, Follow up timeously with queries that have been escalated to other departments and provide feedback to clients in an efficient manner, Requirements: Grade 12. Computer literate. Previous experience in a client service role Excellent verbal & written communication skills Attention to detail. Able to work in a pressurised environment and to sometimes deal with irate customers.
