Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineer or BCom Marketing Degree
• Shipyard experience and a good understanding of the shipping industry will be an added advantage
• Good working knowledge of Sub-Saharan port
• Highly motivated, ambitious and driven to success  
• Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, who is innovative and a creative thinker  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at an executive level  
• Capable of working both independently and within a team
• Must be willing to travel both locally & international  
• Negotiating and influencing skills
