Our reputable wellness client is looking to appoint a permanent medical – client liaison officer to be based in Rustenburg in the North-West Province. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Educating members on Scheme rules
• Customer relationship management
• Marketing between schemes
• Liaising between members and payroll
• Resolving account queries
• Assisting with marketing and wellness days
• Minutes of meeting
• Presentations to members and payroll
• Reporting etc.

Minimum requirements for application:

• Matric with bachelor’s pass
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification advantageous
• Excellent language ability
• Must have driver’s license and own reliable transport
