Have a sound commercial eye in picking up good sellers and potential trends.  Design range programs and process from CAD, to sample, to bulk.  Take responsibility for costings and pricing and drive Brand KPIs and understand dashboard reports.  Follow global processes deadlines and attend global meetings.
