Job description

A well-established tourism company requires the skills of a contracting officer to join their team. This candidate must have experience in hospitality and experience in a lodge/game reserve environment would be advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Communicate confidently with clients and tour operators
• Deal with online tour operators
• Put together rate sheets and rate increases
• Build special packages
• Pull sales reports on system – Innkeeper
• Attend trade shows
• Check commission for reps
