NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor of Engineering degree/higher degree from an accredited University . • Relevant professional memberships • Minimum 20 years of practical experience in Design and Contract Administration in the Urban Development discipline. • Strong track record of working in municipal and private sector developments (earthworks, roads, layerworks, water, sewer, utilities) as designer and also engineer in terms of GCC (General Conditions of Contracts).
