Job description
We are looking for a junior IT support technician responsible for technical support, software support, hardware support, network management and administration of all IT assets. Ongoing training for end users to raise company-wide computer and system literacy is a core component of this position.

Requirements
- Must have experience in similar working environment
- A+ and N+, MCSE or MCP certification or IT diploma, degree or some type of formal training
- Knowledge of Active Directory, IIS, Domain Controller, MS Office Suite/O365
- Knowledge of Win XP, Win 7, Win 8, Win10, Server 2003, Server 2008, Server 2012, VM, POP3 and SMTP mail servers, IT Security, Antivirus
- Knowledge of MAC OSX
