Job description
Fuel Online (Pty)Ltd is setting up a new business venture and our CEO requires assistance with various disciplines of the business.
Duties
This exciting role includes but is not limited to the following functions:
- Project management
- Financial modelling
- Company registration
- Research
- Assisting the CEO with travel plans and hotel bookings
- Liaising with our representative in Lesotho
- General admin functions
- Managing suppliers
- Marketing assistance
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO

Requirements
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BComm) in Business Management preferably
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary and diverse team (would be advantageous)
- Technologically savvy
- Confident self-starter
- Flexible and able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented
- Excellent fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines and independently
- Personal qualities of integrity and credibility
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information
- Tact and diplomacy
- Exposure to project management systems
- Excel and PowerPoint expertise are vital
- Driver’s license and valid passport as some travel out of South Africa may be required
