Duties & Responsibilities
• Continuously strive to create cost awareness and acceptance of responsibility and ownership, by the relevant manager, for its financial performance with respect to overheads and manpower • Review, monitor, control and report overheads , manpower, capex and fleet requirements for Component Production to appropriate forums
• Chairing internal Component Production Financial Review meetings with Management to discuss financial performance of the previous month to identify any out of the line positions to monitor corrective action plan .
• Forecast overhead expenditure to remain within budget allocated • To provide regular financial information that is both timeous and accurate to enable informed decisions to be taken by Unit Head and Component Production Managers .
• Monitor and Report on Manpower development to remain within VBZ and MHU Desired Experience & Qualification
• Have a B. Comm/ Management Accounting Diploma (with min Finance III)
• Have a minimum of 3-year experience in a financial environment within the automotive industry .
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in general administrative and organizational experience, working for a Division Head
