The PackMark brand is our machinery division that offers a comprehensive range of labelling, coding and print and apply labelling equipment. We exclusively supply the very latest hardware from international industry leaders Markem-Imaje, A.L.Tech and Harland Machine Systems as well as a selection of other brands.

Our company seeks an Artisan Assistant for a CHALLENGING position to assist in the Engineering department. You will be required to complete your apprenticeship and work; therefore, you will be at college three months of the year. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is up for the challenge, who wants to further their career and most importantly wants to learn!!!

Requirements:  

• Matric
• N2 – Electrical Engineering
• Computer Literacy
• Technical skills

Core Competencies:

• Aptitude for technical applications
• A high level of accuracy
• Analytical thinking
• Capable of working in a pressurized environment
• Proactive and able to display initiative

Duties: 

• Assisting with the servicing and maintenance and installations of labelling and coding machinery
• Manufacturing of parts and brackets
• Despatching and receiving of goods
• Fault finding
• Assisting technicians
