Job Description

To design, implement deploy and maintain SAP Human Resources solutions to achieve defined business goals and offer support to HR users. 

Requirements

• Knowledge of leading project management methodologies (Agile and SDLC) an advantage
• Expert-level proficiency in one or more modules of HCM areas
• 1-2+ years of experience administering multiple modules of SAP HCM is required

Duties and Responsibilities

• 4 (four) years HCM experience / K3 rating or equivalent
• Experience with one or more HCM modules
• Current/Previous functional HR capacity a plus
• Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes
• Work with 3rd party providers to keep up-to-date on quarterly release system specifications, leading system changes, and communicating updates to impacted partners
• Partner with HR Leadership, business process owners and other system administrators to configure, maintain, and operate the environment to support our business processes

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma in Information Systems
• BSc/ Bcom Information Systems

• SAP HCM certification
