A FAST PACED FMCG FACTORY IS SEEKING TO EMPLOY A PRODUCTION MANAGER IN SALT RIVER, CAPE TOWN

Requirements:

• Matric with maths
• Qualified Wheat Miller with GMF Trade Theory and Trade Test pass
• Working as a shift miller for at least 5 years
• Working as a head miller (NQF4) for at least 3 to 5 years
• 3 – 5 years management experience in an automated wheat mill
• Advanced Excel skills will be an added advantage
• Product and portfolio knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP.
• Understanding of Quality management principles (FSSC 22000)
• Excellent knowledge of safety and applying safety principles as per the Safety Act.

Applicants must reside in CAPE TOWN or surrounding area.
