RESPONSIBILITIES; Executing small automation projects to improve the machine speed & reduce the Engineering breakdowns. Maintenance of automation and electrical systems. Fault findings and repair of electric circuits to component level. Install, maintain PLC, AC and DC Servo drive systems Install and maintain Scada Systems Calibrations and breakdowns. Maintenance & Programming of Allen Bradley control System and Servo systems. Would be responsible for all TBR calibration process. Desired Experience & Qualification EDUCATION; EXPERIENCE; Minimum 5 Years of Hands on Experience with Automation projects including PLC panel building, Panels testing, Installation & commissioning is a MUST. Person experienced with manufacturing industry projects will be given preference. Additional experience on other PLCs will be an advantage. Hands on Experience on Allen-Bradley control logix PLC platform, A-B Servo Drives, Allen-Bradley communication networks (Ethernet & Control net), VFD programming, Panel view Plus programming. Proficiency on installation of field instrumentation like Pressure transmitters, Level transmitters, AC Motors, DC Motors, Pneumatic system & Hydraulic systems.
