Job Description/Duties:
 Have good product knowledge and sound geographical.
knowledge of Southern Africa including Namibia,
Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Swaziland,
etc.
 Do various quotations where quotes are checked by Senior
Sales Specialist.
 Use TSC preferred suppliers where possible.
 Do all possible and ask the right questions to get the quote.

 Team work and enthusiasm to assist colleagues.
 Energetic and have a passion for learning about travel.
 Time management: ability to prioritise, plan and meet
deadlines.
 Effective verbal and written communication – internally as
well as externally.
 Take initiative and ensure attention to detail.
 Be professional and offer high service levels at all times.
 Ability to handle pressure and volume – be able to
multitask.
 General administration such as filing, assisting with travel
and information packs, etc.
 Understanding and ability to use Google (Gmail, Drive,
Sheets, etc).
 Understand and be fully operational on the quoting side as
well as the operating side of Tourplan.
 Liaising with Contracting Dept if any rates required.
 Source activities, restaurants, etc when needed.
 Follow all company procedures (Standard Operating
Procedures).
 Contribute to the team’s target.
 Emergency phone duty. Minimum Requirements:
