A terminal supervisor needed for a reputable cruise line. Fast-paced and demanding environment seeking bright, dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a professional image. Needs to be flexible with time, a multi-tasker, organised and a good communicator with the ability to work well under pressure.

Prepare the terminal for embarkation/disembarkation and explore opportunities for additional services within the terminal. Manage terminal ground staff, check-in staff and liaise with passengers and shipboard staff in resolving queries and complaints and crew requests. Provide admin support to the Operations Manager.
 
Requirements:

• Matric essential
• Travel and Tourism Diploma advantageous
• Knowledge of Discovery Travel Systems (DTS)
