We are looking for an in-house Paid Media Specialist to manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads PPC campaigns across various clients to join our agency. We offer delicious coffee (seriously, it’s a monster machine), an awesome creative environment and gourmet cookies at 11am every day. Responsibilities

• Execute paid social campaigns, which includes managing ads on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google AdWords in the interest of the client(s)
• Track and report on all campaign results
• Provide tactical solutions to management and campaign audits and optimisations
• Budget management and flexibility
• Ensure all deadlines are met according to content and ad plans
• Align strategies and campaign execution to client goals and objectives
• Plan, manage, and execute paid social campaigns from account setup, strategy to reporting
• Be consistent in our approach to look for ways to drive successful campaigns and to always align with client goals
• Keep up to date with the client’s business and brand to ensure campaigns align accordingly
• Monitor industry changes and keep up with social media trends
• Conceptualise and present occasional pro-active media solutions.

Requirements

• Must have experience with managing budgets and complicated campaign business structures. Proper understanding of the digital landscape and performance marketing. Solid understanding of an integrated digital marketing approach
• Completed Facebook Blueprint and Google AdWords a plus (but not necessary)
• Three+ years’ experience in the paid social media environment.
• Strong organisational skills
