We are urgently looking for a Shutdown Planner that is immediately available for a job in Sasolburg. The candidate will be responsible for the shutdown planning, resource scheduling and task descriptions. Experience required:
2 years experience of maintenance planning activities.
Knowledge of relevant business process
Worked within a Maintenance and/or Production environment.
SAP MOR ECC6 Experience (must)
Work Management Process Experience. Required outputs: Functional
Plan Shutdowns according to critical path methods and SCI process standard.
Co-ordinate shutdowns/projects activities during execution.
Facilitate shutdown and post mortem meetings
Adhere to the shutdowns management process and other processes/procedures.
Administration of Shutdown Planning activities
Plan, Schedule and co-ordinate maintenance activities.
Facilitate PDR and Scheduling meetings
Coordinate maintenance/project activities during execution.
Adhere to the Work Management Process and manage processes/procedures
Ensure spares and services are arranged as per request.
Plans are utilised effectively and task lists updated Qualifications and expertise required (must)
Grade 12/N3 with Maths and Science with a sound technical experience and Trade Test. General:
Interface with other Business Processes / Business Units.
Artemis (Shutdown Planning System) experience
SAP PM experience.
Delegate activities.
