Administration Assistant Required
This role is full time. 8.30am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high quality administrative support for the Business Manager and Operations Manager and when required assistance with ad hoc duties relating to Longham Study Centre.
Provide customer service support both face to face and over the phone.
Ensure all required information is entered on to Harbour Assist. Become efficient on the working of the system and reports.
Deal with incoming enquires relating to moorings and fisheries. Actively contact customers to offer vacant moorings. Increase knowledge of moorings and fishing.
Deal with incoming and outgoing post
Process payments, dispatch receipts, stickers and permits to customers. Prepare and complete banking.
Provide support using the accounts system to set up purchase orders and issue invoices
Order stationery and office supplies
Take responsibility for the general email account, dealing with queries from customers ensuring all requests and enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
Assist with the maintenance of procedures, policies, databases and filing.
Take responsibility for health and safety of colleagues and self.
Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Trust, including assisting at open days and special events, from time to time.
