Job description
Assisting the Financial Manager within a manufacturing environment (labels). Providing assistance with the efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations in the Finance Department.
Duties include:
Reporting
Monthly statements
Billings
Checking debtors and creditors
Statutory requirements
Tax requirements
Budget preparation assistance
General ledger
Annual financial statement assistance
Fixed Asset Register maintenance
Payroll function
Assistance with HR issues
Production costing
Requirements
B.Comm or equivalent Financial Qualification
Computerised accounting software – SAGE Evolution
3-5 years financial control experience gained in print/manufacturing
Bookkeeping with full hands on accounting experience
Production costing experience
Strong Tax knowledge and experience
Own transport
Valid license
