Requirements
? Matric
? Engineering Diploma and or equivalent qualification
? Three years’ experience in the quality field
? Detailed knowledge of quality systems, statistical methods and principles of quality control.

Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities
? Identify customer requirements and translate them into process and product specifications.
? Control and analysis of customer complaints.
? Develop measuring systems and tools to evaluate performance characteristics.
? Develop action plans for realization of improvement projects.
? Compile and control quality related statistics.
? Evaluating the ongoing performance of processes and products to meeting customer requirements.
? Perform advanced quality planning.
? Maintaining control over measuring and test equipment.
