Our client based in Pinetown is looking for an On-site Supervisor to maximize the Branch’s profitability by leading the team to attain their full potential and thereby achieve the set business objectives.

Education and Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant supervisory / management experience and sound understanding of management principles.
• A minimum of 5 years in the tyre industry, specifically in Commercial tyres.
• A minimum of 2 years technical experience.
• Sound working knowledge of all Computer and Admin systems, particularly MS-Office and the GRIPS system
• IMM Diploma would be an advantage.

Skills and competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of the sales and financial performance of the on-site.
• Responsible for the management and development of all employees and maintaining constructive working relationships with all employees in the branch.
• Responsible for the development and monitoring of performance against the annual sales and expenditure budgets.
• Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and extending the company’s market share.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining sound working relationships with all existing customers.
