Requirements:
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in an upmarket restaurant environment.
- Reside in or close to Franschhoek. (Paarl/Stellenbosch)
- Valid driver’s licence code 8.
- Own reliable transport
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- South African citizen
Salary: Market Related
