Job description
Purpose of the Role:
Act as a key leader within multifunctional teams, linking consumer and market needs with product development and go to market strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, management, execution and reporting of research plans and within established budget guidelines Copy for marketing elements
- Establish appropriate processes & methodologies for consumer research projects including research partner collaboration as required.
- Identify potential unmet consumer needs that form the basis for new product/feature offerings.
- Exploring Consumers’ Attitudes and Behaviors towards our products
- Translate feedback, including latent needs and dissatisfaction, into innovation recommendations
- Challenge, innovate, lead and drive enterprise-level projects from start to close
- Lead a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management (observe, recognize and coach) on critical Service and Engagement behaviours

Requirements
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Customer centric
- Translate complex data sets into easily digested and understood formats to identify and understand customer needs and uses data for new product ideas and benefits
- Solid Presentation and Influencing Skills
- Passion for Customer Buyer Behaviour
- Clear understanding of the role or Neuro Linguistic Programming (asking questions)
- Very import to know how to write selling copy, i.e. how to sell product
