REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12

2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent sales abilities

Ability to perform under pressure in a target driven environment

Knowledge of sales principles and strategies

Goal driven

Time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication

DUTIES:

Report to the Sales Manager

Meet weekly / monthly and yearly targets

Cold Calling on new and existing clients

Build a lucrative customer base and maintain a strong relationship

Discuss the services and products in detail to each client

Upsell products and services where an opportunity arises

Meet, achieve and exceed sales targets

Adhere to and achieve Quality Assurance and Compliance standards

Accurately capture client details

Ensure call backs status are timeously contacted and followed up

Assist with any adhoc duties
