“A well-established CNC manufacturer based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town, is seeking a vibrant Electrical Technician to join our tight family. The candidate must be ambitious, hardworking and self-motivated. Requirements & duties summary • Strong electrical background – min N5 with electrical qualification (Not negotiable) • Experience with low voltage system • Neat Panel wiring a requisite • Must be able to do wiring diagrams • Basic computer skills • Knowledge of VFD’s, Servo or stepper drives and motors a huge advantage • Clean, presentable with sober habits – No Criminal record • Must be able to follow instruction yet have initiative if working alone. • Good language skills in English and Afrikaans a bonus (most of our client-base is from this background) • Must live in the Cape Town area as suburbs knowledge a must • Drivers licence is essential – (own transport a big advantage) • You will be reporting directly to and trained further by our Senior Technical manager – Please note, this is a serious career opportunity for the correct candidate,.
