So, what’s the aim of the position? Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality management procedures and systems. To ensure that error rate is kept to a minimum, the correct advice is offered to clients and ensure clients are satisfied.
Your day-to-day tasks will look something like this:
- Daily checks of all campaigns before they go live.
- Daily checks of email communication to ensure that correct solution are offered to clients.
- Investigate point of origin for escalations and provide sustainable solutions.
- Daily checks of email communication to ensure that pending cases are followed up on.
- Provide technical advice to the team to encourage and promote quality.
- Ensure monthly error rate is kept within acceptable limits.
- Assist and/or advise the team with booking campaigns from beginner to advanced.
- Oversee all running projects and ensure quality delivery.
- Provide reports, presentations and other insights to Operational Team on (not limited to):
- Quality of work done by Operational Team;
- Identified optimisation opportunities;
- Performance reports;
- Any new and ad hoc reports.
- Assist the Operational Team with administrative duties
- Any other duties and tasks as required by the Head of Technology and Services
Possible in-depth assignments:
- Do research on new trends and share industry-related news articles with the team;
- Identify optimisation opportunities for a variety of clients;
- Take initiative to launch new projects based on these opportunities;
- Take charge of projects, equip the team by creating presentations and info docs.

Advantageous:
- Experience working in a Digital Media Agency
- Tertiary qualification/s within the marketing and/or digital sphere
