Sous Chef
An exclusive game reserve outside Grahamstown in looking for a professional Sous Chef to be second in command in the kitchen. The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent culinary qualifications, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 5* establishment (5 years’ will be preferred). Must have a creative and passionate approach to food, be computer literate and have good literacy and numeracy skills. The position will entail the management of staff and stock in addition to playing a critical role in maintaining and enhancing guest experiences. Single live in position with accommodation offered on site – must be willing to work and live in an isolated environment. Valid driver’s license essential. 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycle. liz@lfhr.co.za
