This customer focused, solutions driven company is currently looking for a Sales Manager for their Durban branch.

Minimum Requirements:

New Sales:

• Understand the company’s operational capability, offering and expansion strategy.
• Understand the logistics market and identify potential customers.
• Approach potential customers and conduct initial sales engagement.
• Facilitate further engagement, comparative analysis and commercial proposal process.
• Manage customer on-boarding process, including:
• • Contractual;
  • Financial;
  • Operational.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Resolve ad hoc operational queries.
• Monitor customer claims management.
• Prepare and present monthly KPI reports.
• Provide feedback to business (Operations Director & Commercial Director).
• Schedule engagement between customer and the company’s Executive team to resolve operational or commercial queries.

Commercial Engagement with Customers:

• Review monthly billing:
• • Alignment in service and rates;
  • Billing completeness.
• Diarise and schedule annual rates increase engagement.
• Diarise and schedule contract renewal engagement (for contracted customers).
• Manage exit process for customers terminating service or customers given notice.
