A leading Cape Town Brand Activation, Experiential Marketing and Promotions company has a fabulous job opportunity for a driven Senior Account Manager. We’re looking for someone highly experienced in the Brand Activation, Experiential Marketing and Promotions industry. This role is both client-facing as well as being hands-on with operations and execution. Do you have a proven track record as an Account Manager running medium and large Activation campaigns for brands? Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with new bus dev portfolio and existing clients (30:70 Principal%)
• Manage and implement account strategy
• Achieve targets
• Manage campaigns with shared services/operations team
• Accountability for the successful planning, implementation and delivery of campaigns with the team according to required timelines
• Prepare and/or review and all campaign documents
• Prepare and/or review, analyse feedback reports
• Develop process flows and refine systems for continuous improvement as required
• Conceptual pitches and reverts.
  

RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:

• Relevant Degree
• Five to seven years’ related experience
• Strong Client Service ability and skills
• Strong accountability and ability to work unmanaged
• Mid to Senior Project Manager level – the ability to run numerous projects simultaneously with high attention to detail (KPI & results attainment, driving a high level of quality across the board)
• FMCG and Retail experience – advantageous
• Able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
• Willing and able to put in long hours when required after hours and on weekends
• Operational excellence coupled with a creative flair
• Ambitious personality wanting to drive high-level CS and ability to nurture long-standing relationships
• Own transport – essential
• Able to travel nationally on a project specific basis – occasionally.
