Please understand this position requires oubound cold calling and required experience is needed, any offer or training is up to company discretion and can vary.

What will you be doing:

• Be a retention specialist for our clients by cold calling businesses
• Engage and build relationships through outbound warm calling primarily C-Level to senior managers
• Inspiring new prospects into finding a solution and booking a demo ( No telesales or telemarketing )
• Inputting all deals into our CRM, following up with leads and closing deals
• Hitting weekly, monthly targets of new business generated 

What we are looking for:

• Thoroughly bubbly and happy personality, must be self motivated 
• Excellent English must be your first language
• Experience: New business. Cold calling. Must be a hunter 
• Know’s how to use a phone and engage on a senior level

What we are offering:

• Half day position 08:00 -14:00pm Monday-Friday
• R4500 – R5500 for half day dependant on experience
• Happy hour every Friday afrer work
• Expected comm is up to R4000 per month
