Job description
A Growing Hotel Group is seeking a Social Media & Digital Co-ordinator for their Marketing Department.
The Social Media & Digital Co-ordinator will implement the Company’s Online Community Strategy, managing engagement and interactivity with its audience, and fostering community spirit. This role coordinates with the Marketing and PR teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a strong community around the brand.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure and fantastic interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of online community platforms and their respective participants (Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, Profiling etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
- Knowledge of the Company’s industry
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Have a good knowledge of principles of customer service
- Editorial, Marketing, Customer Service experience, a plus
