• Manage the pattern makers, sample department, tech packs and quality
• Marking and issuing departments are also managed.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that all timelines and targets are achieved
• Compiling and reviewing monthly reports for all departments
• Writing reports including those based on completed analytical data for each department
• Work closely with the Factories
• Assist with all problems, queries and approvals and all quality issues at the factories and at the DC
• Work closely with our laundry and fabric departments to help with any issues they may have regarding shrinkage and batching etc.
• Bulk approvals if there are discrepancies and monitor the prints and embroideries at the in-house printing and embroidery departments
• All customer returns to be assessed and reports created for the customers
