Our client based in the Port Elizabeth is looking for an Employee Benefits Distribution Consultant

Education and Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent will be an advantage
A proven sales hunter and closer
5+ years retirement fund sales experience
Proven track record of selling and managing a broker book
Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Exceptional professional presence and business acumen
Self-driven and a go-getter

Meet and exceed all sales targets
Create and drive revenue growth
Develop long-term relationships with customers and develop account plans for new relationships
Navigate through an organization to leverage cross selling opportunities
Develop strategic sales plans in collaboration with other sales teams
Develop new business leads and close deals
Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales
Gain full understanding of customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing processes
Develop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas
Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies and competitors
High customer contact rate and develop new business leads
Full accountability for reaching financial targets
Understand customer needs and analyze information
Develop rapport and build relationships
