AP48399 Duties & Responsibilities Initiation of facilities & process requirements based on approved layouts Preparation of information for management decision-making & strategic planning Forecasting of project timing expenditure & management of project funds within the project budget Preparation of specifications for purchasing enquiry’s, cost estimates, project justifications & technical evaluation of tenders Establishment of project timing plans & ensuring that deadlines are met Supervision of contractor’s work & ensuring adherence to all relevant safety requirements & standards Desired Experience & Qualification National diploma in Civil Engineering/ relevant Building Construction qualification At least 5 years’ project experience within civil or construction engineering environment Ability to compile detailed investment studies & project control plans Computer skills (MS outlook, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel & CAD) Detailed knowledge of project management within the moto industry Ability to communicate at all levels Ability to work under pressure Ability to work within a team Proven analytical skills with an innovative approach to problem-solving Have a valid driver’s license Knowledge of MicroStation Interested?
