We handle the disposal of properties across all of South Africa and across all sectors (retail, commercial, industrial, residential, hospitality, medical, and specialty).
Three spheres of the business:
- Sourcing leads: this involves learning the property systems and identifying strategies to search for saleable properties, creating databases, phoning property owners to identify opportunities and engaging with them via telephone and meetings.
- Screening leads and signing mandates: This involves submitting proposals, conducting valuations, and ensuring that the pricing expectation aligns with what is achievable in the market. If all is in order, a sole mandate is entered into with the client.
- Running the sales campaign: This is typically a four to five-weeks campaign which involves advertising the property through a variety of media, including direct contact and phone calls. The information is tracked, reports presented to the seller, and then finally the deadline arrives and the highest offer received is submitted to the seller. Signature on agreeable terms by all parties constitutes a successful deed of sale.
