Conversation LAB has offices in Johannesburg, Durban and London and operates a very agile and technology-enabled work environment.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious senior account executive with a minimum two years of agency experience to work on our fashion and beauty brands – solid digital experience and capabilities are a must. The role requires extensive multi-tasking across clients, brands and agency departments. We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and advertising and understands the strategic role of digital in communications. 

This role provides day to day administrative and project management support to the Account Management team and requires someone who pays close attention to detail and has a clear understanding of Agency processes and systems e.g Magnetic and, or Chase. 

This person will have a thorough understanding of financial processes, the account executive manages all the financial administration (Billings, WIPS’s, Recons) on the account.

Requirements

• Two to three years’ digital client service experience 
• Excellent organisational skills and process driven – detail and project management key attributes
• You must run a tight ship – briefing, status meetings and contact reports
• Build great client relationships
• Someone who can multitask
• Entrepreneurial, driven
• Diploma or degree preferred 
• You will currently be operating at an account executive or senior account executive level in a well respected digital/integrated agency
