Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to a large base of clients
- Troubleshoot and assist with technical queries
- Track and diagnose problems and come up with viable solutions
- Communicate with all relevant teams and stakeholders
- Assist in the support of domain and email
- Assist and track admin and tech requests
- Meet deadlines and SLA requirements to minimize downtime
Requirements:
- Proficient in WordPress CMS and plugins such as WooCommerce
- Previous digital agency experience is a must
- Understanding and demonstrated experience in client service
- Excellent problem solver and strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Strong attention to detail
