CORE PURPOSE OF JOB

The core purpose of this administration support post is provision of assistance to the Materials Controller, to ensure the effective operation of the Stores section within the Nelson Mandela University

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• The receiving of goods in the store
• Matching of invoices to orders.
• To GRV matched invoices and orders.

• General store duties. •
• To pick items for departments and prepare for delivery.

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Possess working knowledge of ITS Stores Sub-system
• Good communication abilities and human relations.
• Is motivated and capable of working under pressure.
• Ability to be pro-active and self-motivated.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4) • 2-3 years relevant experience, including computer knowledge.
