Job description

Responsible for:

• Quality control for all repairs (in-house and agents)
• Basic error diagnostics and repair cost estimates booking equipment in for repairs/service creating job cards for repairs/sensor cleans (walk-in clients/ORMS Rentals)
• Firmware updates
• Card recoveries check and test used gear (trade-in/buy-in) Rating and loading used gear on the website
• Helping out with all Used gear related duties. i.e. (packing display shelf, organising purchased items, Removing items from website)
• Assisting with rental collection and drop offs when necessary
• Keep updated on all digital cameras and firmware updates

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Relevant technical qualification and/or experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Good clear speaking voice
• Good writing skills
• Good communicator
• Attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Keep updated on all digital cameras and firmware updates
• Keep updated on parts availability
• Computer literate
• Able to communicate proficiently in English and Afrikaans
