Job description
Responsible for:
- Quality control for all repairs (in-house and agents)
- Basic error diagnostics and repair cost estimates booking equipment in for repairs/service creating job cards for repairs/sensor cleans (walk-in clients/ORMS Rentals)
- Firmware updates
- Card recoveries check and test used gear (trade-in/buy-in) Rating and loading used gear on the website
- Helping out with all Used gear related duties. i.e. (packing display shelf, organising purchased items, Removing items from website)
- Assisting with rental collection and drop offs when necessary
- Keep updated on all digital cameras and firmware updates
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant technical qualification and/or experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good clear speaking voice
- Good writing skills
- Good communicator
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Keep updated on all digital cameras and firmware updates
- Keep updated on parts availability
- Computer literate
- Able to communicate proficiently in English and Afrikaans
