Motion Mill is looking for a full time senior animator to join our team. Illustration skills are a big bonus!

• We’re looking for someone with an eye for design and detail.
• Someone who can take a concept and script and turn it into magic.
• Someone who likes to push the boundaries of 2D animation and dabble in 2.5D and 3D.
• Understanding narrative is imperative! You have to understand what makes a good narrative, a fantastic narrative and deliver a product beyond that.
• We need someone who loves to thread a theme throughout an animation, creating clever transitions and movements that essentially define an original piece of work and put it a couple of notches above the rest. 
• You’ll need to have superior design skills, understand the principals and techniques used in animation and how to break these in order to create original, bespoke and award winning animations.
• Other skills include but are not limited to motion graphics, infographics, character design, rigging and animation. 2D animation, 3D animation(to some degree), editing, and basic sound design.
• The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years experience, and have worked with direct clients and agencies.
• We work with clients and agencies all over the world, and dull moments are few and far between with projects ranging from “the explainer with a difference”, brand films, commercials, series, feature films with everything in between.
• We want someone with a voice, who will push the rest of the company to new heights. To suggest new techniques, new workflows and lead teams.
