Role Summary:
We are looking for Area Managers with a focus on Crop Insurance. You will be responsible for the retention growth of your portfolio. You would be an experienced crop insurance professional with an educational background in horticulture. You understand crops, the risks associated, and the different farming methods used to mitigate this. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Portfolio growth by targeting new clients, identifying competitors and using market intelligence to determine opportunities
• Area Management through the use of performance statistics, segmentation of clients, and cross and up-selling opportunities
• Assisting with the business planning through area reports, marketing opportunities to strengthen the brand • Resolving and reporting on claims and conducting assessments for clients
Experience and Qualifications:
• Degree in Agriculture
• FAIS compliance
• RE1
• 3 year’s experience in crops, insurance and risk
