Job description
Mthente is seeking senior monitoring and evaluation (M&E) consultant/s who can lead our programme evaluations.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide technical M&E support to projects.
- Conduct baseline, mid-term, and end-line evaluations.
- Design and test tools and systems for M&E data collection.
- Supervise fieldwork, training, sampling, tool piloting, and field data collection.
- Lead and support with data coding & cleaning.
- Lead and support with data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- PhD preferably in the area of Research Psychology and M&E.
- Minimum five years’ evaluation experience within the consultancy sector.
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Excellent writing skills.
