InspectorP is a property services company, predominantly focusing on non-technical rental inspections, marketing floorplans and property photography.

We require dedicated candidates who can attend rental inspections, inventory recording and floorplan sketching in and around Cape Town (City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Northern and Southern suburbs) as well as Stellenbosch/Winelands. Candidates need to be centrally located in order to easily service the city centre and surrounding areas as well as the Winelands.

The role will possibly require long working days around the month-end, normally from the 25th to the fifth of each month, and will require frequent travelling. 

Role: Full-time property inspector 

Minimum requirements:

• Centrally located
• Good communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Neat and presentable
• Good working knowledge of computers and phone apps
• Willingness to travel
• Hard-working and timely
• Calm and thorough
• Have high attention to detail
• Desire to do a job properly
• Matric certificate minimum requirement
• Three years work or study experience
• Availability over month end periods
• Ability/willingness to work weekends (flexible work hours)

Job location: 

• Work from home and travel as required as required to property locations where inspections need to be performed
