About The Company:

Persuade Marketing is a business-to-business or B2B lead generation based consultancy. We help medium to large companies prospect more effectively and acquire new business
Your primary position is to work closely with our CEO and operations manager What will you be doing:

• You will be the point of contact between our company and clients 
• Responsible for engaging with clients on the phone twice a week, emailing clients and capturing minutes after every call
• Assist with onboarding of all clients and getting them through a sequenced workflow
• Assist with technical advice to clients (Full training)
• Log all call recordings with clients, respond to all mails daily in a courteous manner
• Assist operations lead with production of work
• Following company policies with regards to quality control and ensuring work is up to standard
• Required to capture all VAT related invoices, processing of admin and payroll and assisting with quality guidelines for 10+ contractors

• MUST reside in the Westcoast area. Must be in a 10km radius to Table View
• MUST have client account management experience
• MUST be under the age of 35 years old
• MUST be female (sorry guys)
• Reliable transport is required

Preference given to stay at home moms looking for a flexi based role

• Offices right by the beach in Blouberg literally 100 metres from the ocean
• Daily, weekly incentives including the team having a weekly walk with great coffee on the beach to get us going 
• Open bar Fridays. We get it we all need a break once in a while therefore we have a fully stocked fridge
• Wellness treats provided. Daily fruit provided and bad ass coffee 
• Education allowance of R1000 for any online courses per month
• KPI bonus of between R2000-R5000 monthly if company exceeds targets

Salary / Finer details:

• Basic salary: R7000 / Hours 08:00-14:00pm Monday-Friday
