Our Marketing department is in search of an adventurous Brand Coordinator to join their team to manage the K-Way portfolio. This person needs to be brand, as well as culture fit and will report to the Marketing Leader. The incumbent will be responsible for strategic traditional and digital marketing activities with a focus on conceptualizing, producing and executing the portfolio’s online and offline content across all the brand channels.
The K-Way Brand Coordinator role requires both traditional and digital marketing coordination, with the aim to grow the brand within the market, as well as acquiring new markets.
The incumbent’s duties will be to coordinate K-Way campaigns and projects to market and grow the brand and products, by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data against targets and marketing spend; maintaining the marketing calendar and timelines; managing the brand budget; planning meetings and preparing post campaign/ROI reports. The incumbent will also be required to conceptualise and execute any packaging requirements for in-store marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinating integrated marketing communications campaigns for the K-Way brand, including paid/ earned/ owned media
- Assist in in-store merchandising signage support and partnership marketing with key customers and suppliers
- Manage, coordinate and roll out the marketing calendar, in accordance with the marketing strategy
- Coordinate input from business and develop a marketing strategy to support product and brand strategies
- Prepare monthly budget reports against stipulated budget
- Prepare quarterly reports on the K-Way brand growth
- Prepare quarterly reports on the K-Way campaign performance
- Manage the inventory of K-Way marketing collaterals
- Liaise with agencies and suppliers/partners for marketing collateral and content
- Plan, coordinate photoshoots for brand campaigns and content
- Develop and implement relevant and effective advertising and promotional campaigns to support the brand growth strategy”
- Implement and execute marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy
- Align business and buyers with marketing around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a digital marketing or content role
- A related tertiary qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as the ability to manage social media platforms (essential)

- Business writing skills and acumen
