Responsibilities will include:

• Align strategies and campaign execution to client goals and objectives.
• Execute and manage paid social campaigns, which includes managing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google AdWords ad accounts. 
• Optimise campaigns and content as necessary and provide tactical solutions to the social teams. 
• Be the link between the agency and social media support teams.
• Lead SEO strategies.
• Conduct campaign audits. 
• Be in charge of ad spend, budgets as well as monthly recons.
• Track and report on all campaign results as required.
• Stay on top of social media trends and feed results back to our work.

Requirements

• Four years’ experience
• Background in digital marketing
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Google Docs
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google AdWords
• Understand the difference between CPC, CPM and CPV, and know-how to optimise campaigns accordingly
• Experience with setting campaign objectives, targeting, budgeting and creative
• Have a sense of experimentation
• Highly proactive, get things done and resolves issues fast without needing to be chased
• Must be agile
• Excellent administrative skills with a high level of accountability
• Understanding of sales, budgeting, invoicing and negotiating, etc
• Highly reliable, organised, efficient, great at multitasking and able to work under pressure
• Excellent at crisis management
• A stickler for deadlines and punctuality
• Great team player, able to get the best out of team members with minimal effort
• Solutions-focused – able to find quick and sensible solutions to problems
• Inventive – able to think out of the box and come up with original ideas
