Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:

• 10 years plus experience
• Traditional above-the-line advertising agency experience from an awarded international agency
• Experience on big brands like banks, cars, cellphone industry, FMCG, insurance and more
• Multi award-winning with multiple Gold Loeries and a Cannes Gold
• High level experience in TV
• Good leadership and mentoring skills
• Driven, ambitious and passionate
• Motivating and inspiring
