Property management company based in Durban is seeking a structured individual that has the capacity to manage, coordinate, and maintain a portfolio of four buildings within Durban and surroundings.

Must have sound knowledge of managing residential portfolios along with strong understanding of the following key performance areas

• Vacancies, arrears, rent increases, recoveries, portfolio probability, monthly reporting/payment and controlling budgets 

Minimum requirements

• Matric
• Tertiary education – property-related
• MDA management system – would be a great advantage
• Two to four years’ experience in a similar position
