–          Maintain and develop existing clients

–          Reaching most updated target set according to the new Target and Commission Policy

–          Building and maintaining client relationships

–          Arranging, attending and contributing to client meetings

–          Provide Client Feedback

–          Identifying Client Needs

–          Collaborate with relevant department managers to resolve service issues

–          Verbal and written communication to clients

–          Manages communication process

–          Building customer loyalty and partnerships

–          Prospecting of New Clients/Sales

–          Up selling of existing clients’ portfolios

–          Timeous renewals of existing client contracts

–           Web training to all new clients of ORNICO

–           Web Training to existing clients as and when requested
