The main purpose of the job is the management of online course lecturers; quality assurance; certification and general academic functions.

Assist with the accreditation for the studio 
Quality assurance
Ensure the alignment of courses and the appropriate NQF levels.

Management of academic staff
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proven working experience in higher education
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Curriculum planning skills
Solid knowledge of course development and NQF alignment
Solid knowledge and comprehension of accreditation processes
Policy formulation knowledge and experience
Management experience
Extensive knowledge of quality assurance
Ability to conduct an academic SWOT analysis and creation of improvement strategies
